A man is charged with illegal entry to the UK in breach of a Deportation Order.
Rafal Gawrylkowicz (44), with an address listed as Garvaghy Road, Portadown, is also accused of assaulting two police officers and resisting one of the officers in the execution of their duty on October 5 this year.
At Craigavon Magistrates’ Court on Friday the defendant was further remanded in custody and the case was adjourned to November 14.
