A man facing a litany of drugs charges, some of which dating back to 2016, involving Class A, B and C substances will have to wait until next month to learn his fate.
The judge stated that a report would be required in the case following the defence solicitor making the 29-year-old’s wish to plead guilty known.
Stuart William Lyness, of Clogher Court in Bushmills, pleaded guilty to possession of Class A, two counts of possession of Class B, four counts of possession of Class C and dishonestly using electricity at Craigavon Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.
These offences related to two separate dates, namely May 24 of this year and April 5 of 2016.
Following defence solicitor Richard Montieth informing court of his client’s wish to plead guilty to all offences, District Judge Bernie Kelly stated that a pre-sentence report would be required in the case.
Lyness was released to appear on November 13 for sentencing.
