Police have confirmed that a man killed following a two vehicle road traffic collision in Moira was 60 year old David Gerard Edwards from the Agahlee area.
The collision happened on the Lany Road area on Saturday afternoon.
Sergeant Mackenzie said: “At around 3:20pm on Saturday afternoon, it was reported that a Yellow JCB telehandler vehicle and a Red Ducati motorbike were involved in the collision.
“The motorcyclist sadly passed away at the scene following the incident.”
“Enquiries are continuing and police would appeal to anyone who witnessed the collision or why may have dash-cam footage available, to contact police on 101 quoting reference 1185 of 03/04/21.”
