Police investigating the death of Marcell Seeley in Craigavon have tonight arrested a man.
They have confirmed that the death is now being treated as a murder investigation.
The 24-year-old man was arrested in the Craigavon area and taken to Musgrave PSNI station for questioning.
The body of 34-year-old Mr Seeley was discovered at a flat at Dingwell Park at around noon yesterday (Tuesday).
Detective Chief Inspection Eamonn Corrigan is leading the investigation and is appealing for information.
He said: “If anyone saw anything unusual in the Dingwell Park area in recent days, we would like them to contact detectives at Mahon Road police station by calling the non-emergency number 101.
“Information can also be passed anonymously via the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
