A Moira restaurant have released CCTV images of a female suspected of stealing three purses from their staffroom on Sunday afternoon.
In a post accompanying the stills, Wine & Brine wrote: “This ‘lady” helped herself to three purses from our staffroom today around 12.35pm. Police would love to hear from you if you know her. Please share.”
A PSNI spokesperson said: “Police are appealing for information following a report of theft from commercial premises at the Main Street area of Moira yesterday (Sunday 21st November).
“It was reported that at around 12:35pm, a number of purses had been stolen from a restaurant in the area.”
Enquiries are continuing and we would appeal to anyone with any information in relation to this incident are asked to contact police on 101, quoting reference number 1543 21/11/21.
