Scottish Fiddle Orchestra set to captivate audience with Craigavon show

The Scottish Fiddle Orchestra is set to captivate audiences in Ulster venues once again with their enchanting performances of traditional Scottish music.

The upcoming shows, which are on a non-profit basis and aim to highlight Ulster-Scots culture, will be held in Enniskillen, Ballymena and Craigavon.

Fresh from a memorable concert at the historic Ulster Hall last October, the Orchestra will bring an unforgettable evening of it’s Scottish heritage, weaving a musical tapestry that resonates with passion and purpose.

The Craigavon show will take place in the Civic Centre this Friday, May 17. Doors open at 7pm with the show set to start at 7:30pm.

The Scottish Fiddle Orchestra is managed on an entirely voluntary basis, with no professional staff or external funding or grants. They are financed from the proceeds of concerts, recordings and donations.

The event is organised by Entertainment Events Organisation, a registered charity and non-profit organisation formed to promote and advance the culture and the ethos of Ulster-Scots in areas, around the world, where the Ulster-Scots have touched and have influenced – highlighting the music, dance, spoken word and poetry.
