This is the incredible moment an Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council fitness instructor rescued a sheep trapped in mud in the Mourne Mountains.
Lynne Troughton was out on a hike with a friend on Slievemoughanmore over the weekend when she spotted the stricken sheep.
And what would have been a task for a couple of people, Lynne rolled up her proverbial sleeves and jumped right in to free the tiring animal, which would have almost certainly died had it not been for her timely intervention.
