Woman left badly shaken after shots fired at house in Craigavon

A woman escaped uninjured after two shots were fired at a house in Co Armagh this morning (Friday).

Detectives are appealing for information following the incident in the Carrigart Crescent area of Craigavon.

Shortly after 1am two shots were fired at a house, damaging the living room window.policetape

No one was injured during this incident, but the female resident has been left very badly shaken.

Detective Sergeant Stephen Wilson would appeal to anyone who may have noticed any suspicious activity or vehicles in the area or who has any information to contact detectives at Reactive and Organised Crime at Lurgan on the non-emergency number 101.

Or, if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111.
