The M1 motorway has been closed in both directions following a crash near Dungannon.
Emergency services are on the scene.
It has been closed between Stangmore and Tamnamore roundabouts.
The PSNI said crews are dealing with a road traffic collision.
“Please find an alternative route and allow extra time for your journey,” said a spokesperson.
