AN explosive device has been found and made in Armagh City this afternoon (Tuesday).
Residents were evacuated from their homes in the Alexander Avenue area after a suspect object was reported at around midday.
The device has been taken away for further examinations.
The avenue has reopened to traffic and residents have returned to their homes.
Police are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
