A tractor of great sentimental value which was stolen in Poyntzpass last weekend has been found.
And the owner is delighted and would like to thank everyone for their help.
The tractor, which belonged to the farmer’s late son, was taken from the Ballyraigh Road sometime between 8pm on Sunday evening and 5am last Monday morning.
The wheels had been freshly painted on the blue Newholland TS 115.
The owner made a desperate appeal to Armagh I for any information and hundreds of you shared that appeal.
His niece, Victoria, has contacted us this evening to confirm it had been located.
She said it had been located with “a little help from the great teams at the PSNI”.
Victoria added: “My uncle, the owner, is delighted to be reunited with the tractor which was of great sentimental value having belonged to his late son!
“Thank you to the team at Armagh I for sharing with your readers! The outreach on social media and support from everyone was incredible!”
