A man has been charged with a number of offences including rape following an incident in Lurgan on Monday evening.
As well as rape, the 20-year-old has been charged with attempted rape, false imprisonment, criminal damage, theft and threats to kill.
He is expected to appear before Craigavon Magistrates’ Court tomorrow, Wednesday .
The charges are in connection with an incident at a property on High Street in the town.
As is normal procedure all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
