Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council posted pictures to remind the public of their responsibilities.
This was the scene at Gosford Forest Park at Markethill.
The hard shoulder is packed with cars.
But the council is quick to remind the public that these parks are open to pedestrian access only.
The PSNI has been reminding people that they should exercise close to home and not to travel to beauty spots.
An ABC Council spokesperson said: “Our parks are open for pedestrian access only.
“Residents are asked to please adhere to the social distancing measures and guidance in place, to enable all users to stay safe whilst exercising.
“All car parks are closed, and people are advised not to travel to parks at this time.”
