Coronavirus: Another 20 new cases confirmed in Northern Ireland

Minister indicates enforced social distancing may be required

Another 20 new cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Northern Ireland.

It brings the total number to 148.

To date two people who tested positive have sadly died.

The total number of tests completed in Northern Ireland is 2692.

The figures were revealed as Health Minister Robin Swann has indicated that enforced social distancing may become necessary.

It comes after repeated incidents reported of people continuing to flout calls for social distancing to prevent the spread.
