There have been 15 further Covid-related deaths reported by the Department of Health today (Saturday).
Twelve of which occurred in the last 24 hours and the other three just outside that timeframe, according to the official dashboard, which has the overall total now at 774.
There were a further 528 cases reported in that timeframe, with 48 in Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon and a further 25 in Newry, Mourne and Down.
A total of 2,752 individuals were tested.
There are 391 people now in hospital – that’s 15 less than Thursday – as a result of the virus, 53 of whom are in intensive care units – which is three more than yesterday. There are currently 22 ICU beds available in NI.
Seventy patients are in Craigavon today – four less than yesterday. To date, 485 patients have been discharged from the Co. Armagh hospital.
There are also 11 Covid inpatients at Lurgan Hospital and eight in Daisy Hill – down one – in Newry.
