There have been no coronavirus-related deaths in Northern Ireland for the third in a row.
The daily figures, released by the Department of Health show that it is the fourth time since March 18 where no deaths have been reported in a 24-hour period.
The total number of deaths recorded by the department remains at 537.
There have been three positive cases of Covid-19, bringing the total of confirmed cases to 4,805.
Meanwhile, the health minister Robin Swann said he was in “no doubt” there would be a rise again as people “go back to a normal way of life”.
He said: “Accessing retail, accessing leisure facilities, accessing tourism and hotels and all the rest of it over the next few weeks and months – there will be an increase in Covid cases in Northern Ireland.
“We need the facility and structures to support those people when they need it – the Covid centres, I think, have proved beneficial in doing that.”
