A Portadown man told a judge he would accept her judgement in sentencing him for drink driving.
The 31-year-old was handed a 12-month driving ban for the offence.
Mantas Zukas, of West Street, pleaded guilty to driving with excess alcohol in his breath at Craigavon Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.
Court heard that on September 9, at around 3.20am, police observed the defendant driving a Renault Megane on Mandeville Road, Craigavon.
They noted that the car began swerving over the white lines of the dual carriageway and subsequently stopped Zukas on the Knockmenagh Road.
Court heard that officers could smell alcohol on the defendant’s breath and so administered a preliminary test which was failed.
Mantas was taken to Dungannon Custody Suite where an evidential reading of 60mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath was taken.
The defendant, who represented himself in court, stated: “I feel guilty and I will accept your judgement.”
Mantas was handed a 12-month disqualification and was ordered to pay a fine of £250, along with the offender’s levy of £15, within four weeks.
