Motorists are being advised to exercise extreme caution due to a number of lighting difficulties in Portadown.
The traffic lights are out at the start of the Northway in Portadown.
And the street lights are also not working.
There is a report of an electrical fault in the area.
Local DUP Councillor Gareth Wilson has asked people to take extra care when navigating the area.
