Police have charged a 43-year-old man following reports on suspicious behaviour in Portadown.
The incident is alleged to have occurred in the early afternoon of June 21 in People’s Park.
He has been charged with indecent behaviour and committing an act outraging public decency, and will appear in court imminently.
Police have said that all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
On Wednesday, police had launched an appeal for information following a report of suspicious behaviour in the park.
The man believed to be involved was described as being aged in his 40’s, with balding grey hair, wearing a dark green t-shirt and grey tracksuit bottoms rolled up to look like shorts.
