Staff were left badly shaken after a Co Armagh supermarket was robbed by a three-man gang tonight (Tuesday).
And police have issued a description of those involved in the raid, which happened in the Highfield Park area of Craigavon.
A report was received at around 5.40pm that three males armed with knives had threatened members of staff and made off from the supermarket on foot with a sum of money.
The first was wearing a black hooded top and tracksuit bottoms with a black scarf over his face. The second male was of stocky build and wore a grey hooded top, tracksuit bottoms with a black scarf over his face.
The third was around 5’10” tall, average build and wore a red and black zip up top, light blue jeans and a black scarf covering his face.
The staff members were not injured but were left badly shaken.
Inspector Colin Patterson appealed to anyone who witnessed this incident or who has any information to contact police in Lurgan on 101 quoting reference number 888030315. Information can also be passed anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
