Kieran McGeeney will remain in charge of the Armagh footballers next season.
The decision to keep hold of the All-Ireland winning captain was made at a County Board meeting last night.
The 44-year-old will continue to work with the senior side and have Aidan O’Rourke staying on as assistant manager.

It was an extremely disappointing season for the Orchard county who exited the championship having lost to Laois – twice – in the qualifiers and to Cavan in the Ulster Championship.
They were beaten in Round Two of the qualifiers in 2015 by Galway.
