If so then make the Armagh Planetarium is the place to be over the weekend of August 30 and 31, when the Emerald Garrison will be training some future Jedis!

Young visitors will have the opportunity to don the famous brown robe, pick up a light sabre and learn a few Force skills from an Emerald Garrison Master.
Trainees must stay vigilant as there has been a disturbance in the force and the Stormtroopers, led by Darth Maul himself, have been rumoured to be nearby. Can our young Padawans defeat the Dark Side and win the day? Only time will tell. May the Force be with you!
Junior Force Academy is aimed at children aged four to 12 years. The class lasts for approximately 20 minutes with places allocated on a first-come first-served basis.
On that weekend the Planetarium will also be running Digital Theatre shows, space themed arts and crafts workshops, launching rockets (weather permitting) and there will be Stormtroopers keeping the peace along the corridors.
This is a weekend not to be missed at this unique Armagh attraction.
Workshops begin at 10.30am, 11.30am, 12.30pm, 1.30pm, 2.30pm and 3.30pm.
