Killylea-based dairy and poultry farmer turned chef, Auntie Joy will be sharing her passion for creating delicious recipes as she rustles up some hot and cold gluten free delights and she can’t wait to see the expression on the faces of those who try them!
Auntie Joy’s recipes aim to showcase Armagh’s finest fruit, the ‘Apple’, a perfect accompaniment to her stage companion, The Ciderologist’s demonstration.
The iconic and legendary, Gabe Cook will be imparting his amazing knowledge of Apples and Cider, while together they work to provide you with a culinary experience not to be missed.

Next up, Scott King of The Craic’d Pot is calling all coffee lovers to attend his one hour workshop designed specifically to offer coffee enthusiasts a broad insight into the world of coffee from farm to cup.
Scott’s workshop aims to provide a brief introduction to the world of sensory skills which help coffee professionals construct exquisite aroma’s and fragrances most notable in your favourite types of coffee. Together, you will explore the roasting process and enjoy ‘coffee cupping’ in a captivating treat for the senses.

Gabe Cook is back and this time he teams up with Bill Bradshaw, renowned international photographer, writer and, most importantly, cider enthusiast to take attendees on a journey of cider tasting exploration.
Gabe and Bill will guide guests through a range of ciders from different orchards across County Armagh, showcasing the amazing variation of sensory characters that can be achieved.
Ticket price includes cider sample tasting and a glass of your choice of cider.
