Revrd David Moses of St John’s Parish Church, Newtownhamilton is taking the wheel on raising funds for a new Church Hall with a tractor and vintage car run this Saturday, September 24.
Registration for the event, at a cost of £10 per vehicle, will take place from 11am in the The Commons, Newtownhamilton.
Vehicles will then take an out and back route from Newtownhamilton to Markethill.
It is anticipated that the tractor and vintage car run will then commence around 12 noon and will be travelling through Markethill at approximately 1pm.
BBQ Food will be available to purchase for everyone in attendance.
All proceeds raised from the tractor and vintage car run will aid the funding of the new Church Hall for St John’s Parish and they hope that the local community will support the event in large numbers as they seek to bring their exciting building project to fruition.
