Armagh GAA have announced their homecoming plans for Monday – with or without Sam Maguire in tow.
Kieran McGeeney and his troops will be hoping to have an special guest with them come Monday as Armagh GAA open the gates to the Athletic Grounds to welcome home their heroes.
The Orchard County take on Galway at Croke Park on Sunday afternoon and will spend the Sunday night at the Carrickdale Hotel.
However, an official homecoming will be marked at the home of Armagh GAA on the Monday evening.
The County Board have this evening (Saturday) announced details of this family-friendly event, which is free to attend.
There will be live entertainment from More Power to your Elbow and each person is limited to six tickets. All 16’s must be accompanied by an adult. Turnstiles will open at 3.30pm.

Meanwhile, West Armagh Consortium have organised a family-friendly fan zone at Sherries Field, on the Cathedral Road, on Sunday.
Gates will open at 2pm – 90 minutes before throw-in in Croke Park. Entrance to pitch only via East Side of Sherry’s, beside Currans filling station on the Cathedral Road.
No seating provided so please bring along chairs or blankets for your own comfort. No glass bottles.
