A man has been taken to hospital for treatment to his injuries after an earlier collision in the A1.
The incident happened on the carriageway between Hillsborough and Dromore on Sunday morning and involved one vehicle.
Diversions had been in place in both the northbound and southbound lanes.
The road has now reopened.
