Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council’s planners are currently considering an application to demolish a structure in Keady to make way for two, two-storey dwellings.
Lodged by agent DA Architects on behalf of applicant, First Stop Properties, the application seeks permission to demolish a structure attached to No. 3 Tassagh Road, Keady and erection of two, two-storey dwellings attached to an existing terrace row and associated site works.
The application form notes the 0.02 hectare site is currently vacant having been previously used as residential dwellings and two car parking spaces will be provided on the site, should the application be approved.
It also describes the two-bedroom houses that will be built as “intermediate housing for rent”.
Water will be supplied to the premises by the mains with both surface water and foul sewage disposed of via the main sewer.
Lodged on Friday, April 7 and validated on Monday, April 24, the application’s neighbour consultation date expires on Friday, May 19, with its standard consultation due to expire on Thursday, May 25.
The application will be advertised until Saturday, June 3.
