A Portadown man accused of offering to supply a Class B drug will face Crown Court proceedings later this summer.
Patrick McGeown, 34, of Churchill Park, appeared charged with two counts of offering to supply Class B drugs at Craigavon Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.
The defendant confirmed his name from the dock as he submitted to the holding of a preliminary enquiry.
It was heard the alleged offences dated back to July 27 and September 9, 2018.
Prosecution stated that based on the papers before the court there was a prima facie case to answer.
Defence barrister Damien Halloran made no contrary submissions.
McGeown was released on his own bail of £500 to appear before Craigavon Crown Court on July 9.
There was a curfew attached to the bail between 8pm and 6am, save for allowing the defendant to attend technical college on a Tuesday when the curfew shall begin at 9.30pm.
