Shock as Newtown mother-of-ten passes away on St Patrick’s Day

Tributes have been paid following the passing of a Newtownhamilton mother-of-ten.

Lynsey Bell – who previously lived in Portadown – passed away in Craigavon Area Hospital on St Patrick’s Day (March 17).

Her husband, Rolandas, shared the tragic news on Monday morning, saying: “Sadly my wife Lynsey has passed away this morning.

“We love you and miss you so much.”

Sharing her condolences, one woman said: “So very sorry for the loss of such a beautiful wife, mother, daughter and sister.. thinking about you all.. may God give you strength in the days ahead.. At peace, back with mum.”

Another added: “No more suffering safe in the arms of our Father. I love you Lynsey. Rest in peace cuz thinking of all the family god bless you all.”

A death notice described Lynsey as the beloved partner of Rolandas, cherished mum of Dylan, Dainius, Darius, Anna, Tomas, Laura, Ciara, Alice, Lucas and Grace, loving daughter of Stephen and the late Vivienne alsona dear sister of Kelly and Stevie.

Family and friends are welcome to Lynsey’s home on the Carrickacullion Road, Newtownhamilton on Thursday and Friday 6pm – 9pm.

Her funeral service will take place on Saturday at 11am in St. Michael’s Church, Newtownhamilton with committal following in the adjoining cemetery.
