Emergency services are currently dealing with a serious fire in Newtownhamilton this morning (Thursday).
Dundalk Street is currently closed in both directions as emergency services deal with the blaze.
Diversions are in place and motorists are advised to avoid the area.
Fire crews from Newry and Crossmaglen attended the incident.
A spokesperson for the fire service said: “Firefighters were called to a fire inside a commercial premises earlier this morning.
“Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used 2 hose reels to extinguish the fire. The incident was dealt with by 10.49am and the cause of the fire is being treated as accidental ignition at this time.”
