Distilling gin was inexpensive because of low corn prices: so much so that by 1750 nearly half of all British wheat harvests went directly into gin production.
And the market for gin was huge.

The interactive session covers all bases from understanding tastes and designing a flavour profile to choosing a botanical (base flavour).
After distillation in the portable miniature still, everyone will get a chance to taste the newly prepared gin!
