The four-day Georgian Festival really kicks into full swing today (Friday) following its opening night in the Robinson Library on Thursday.
There’s the Georgian Milford House Tours from 11am, with a spot of Afternoon Tea from 5pm, both at the Milford House Collection.
Then comes the Great Georgian Banquet at the Palace in Armagh from 7pm until midnight on the Friday.
Then on Saturday – Georgian Day itself – over 100 stalls will line the streets with the best in artisan food and crafts with many stall holders dressed in Georgian costume.
The city streets will offer something different on every turn including Georgian characters, live music, street theatre and performers, mulled wine, mince pies and hot chestnuts.
The food village will offer a range of local beers, ciders and liquors alongside yummy local produce.
Christmas entertainment will add to the festive atmosphere.
